the thinking room meditation

The following guided meditation takes around 5 minutes and allows you to organise your thoughts to find more mental freedom. You can do this any time during your day to overcome stress, anxiety and overwhelm and access more focus, peace and calm. This meditation is also great before bed if your mind is busy and racing.

When you create space in your body you create space in your mind. This works with ways - by making space in the mind, we often let go of tension in the body (shoulders up around the ears anyone?!)

Find yourself a quiet space where you can relax and where you will not be disturbed. You can repeat the meditation as many times as you like, each time cultivating more mental freedom. As you become more confident, you'll be able to drop into your 'Thinking Room' on command during your day to find a retreat from the chaos outside. Enjoy!
